    Over the past 10 years We have completed various contracts for local authorities throughout the North West including Schools, Residential Housing and Care Homes. In 2006 we received the Built In Quality Award from Chester City Council for a 47 bedroom care home.

M. J. McCaul Building Company Limited is an NHBC Contractor based in the Leigh, Lancashire area.

The Company was founded in 1998 by Martin McCaul whose family have been building in the North West of England since the 1950’s.

The Company is managed by a small dedicated team who have a wide and varied experience in the construction industry.

 

We have in the last ten years undertaken works for residential developers, care home operators, schools, as well as providing design and build bespoke housing for private clients throughout the North West. We employ local tradesmen and sub-contractors of all trades..
